Watch U.S. House Rep. Chip Roy (R-Tex.) take off on the 4,100-page bill that the U.S. Senate passed on the same day it got it, and then sent it to the House.
He names the 18 U.S Senators who voted for it? They are Blunt, Boozman, Capito, Collins, Cornyn, Cotton, Graham, Inhofe, McConnell, Moran, Murkowski, Portman, Romney, Rounds, Shelby, Thune, Wicker, and Young
Too bad that the U.S. House of Representatives doesn't have 434 more Representatives and 50 Senators just like Chip Roy.
